What does your child need during the summer? Summer day camps! Throughout the summer, you have to decide how to entertain your child or children every day while they are off school. You have to be available to entertain them throughout the day. A day camp like our Performing Arts Camp gives them the fun factor throughout the day and lets you get done the things you need.
We are the Dance Connection and we offer summer day camps for children. Any child from kindergarten through 5th grade will love this imaginative and age appropriate camp. We give them the opportunity to learn more about dancing, singing, acting, painting and more. Whether your child is curious about the performing arts or loves to dance and sing, we have highly qualified instructors who will help your child discover and learn their talent.
We have a state of the art facility with two dance studios, a dressing room, a waiting area and a viewing area for parents and guardians to watch their children learn and rehearse without interruption. We also have a television in the lobby to entertain our student’s siblings while they are in class. Our instructors have many years of expertise in their chosen art as well as experience with children to foster proper learning. All of our staff members go through extensive background checks and our teachers are certified in CPR and first aid to ensure the safety and security of your child. After all, summer day camps are meant to be fun for the child and give the parents the security they need to leave their children with us throughout the day.
At the end of the week, our students perform the show they have learned throughout the week to show off their new found talents. You will be amazed at how quickly your child learns and perfects the performance. It is most definitely a crowd pleaser! We feel this is possible because of our low student to staff ratio. We only allow 30 students a week in our summer day camps. This allows us to give individualized attention when it is needed and ensures that every student is seen and heard.
Our counselors are here from 7:30 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. catering to your busy work schedule. You can feel free to drop your child off early or pick him or her up late without feeling rushed.
